In this video from “Stratfor’s” Sim Tack, we get a glimpse of the key players in the struggle for Mosul, which currently is occupied by ISIL/ISIS fighters. Mosul is a key oil and petroleum refining center in northern Iraq, which is now producing revenue for Islamic insurgents. If Iraqi army and special forces personnel capture this city, ISIL/ISIS will suffer the loss of an important source of cash for weapons and recruitment.
