The terrorist group ISIS/ISIL is now at a crossroads.  Either hold the embattled city of Mosul or retreat to a more secure location and lose the oil revenue in northern Iraq.  Iraqi army and special forces personnel are continuing to advance slowly against ISIS/ISIL forces entrenched in the northern Iraq city.  Despite diversionary attacks by ISIS/ISIL forces, the city is slowly being surrounded.  Stratfor intelligence analysts Scott Stewart and Fred Burton discuss the options now facing ISIS/ISIL and what may happen if terrorist fighters leave the city.
